NTC333 Terms & Conditions for Malaysian Players

Introduction and Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions form an agreement between the individual user and NTC333 concerning access to and use of the NTC333 website, casino games, live dealer products, sports betting markets, promotions, account facilities and related services. By registering an account, depositing funds, placing a wager or otherwise using NTC333, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these provisions.

If you do not accept any part of these Terms & Conditions, you must not register, deposit or place a bet. Additional rules may apply to a particular game, sports market, payment method, campaign or bonus. Where a specific rule conflicts with a general provision, the specific rule will apply to that product or offer to the extent of the conflict.

Definitions

In this document, “account” means the personal player profile registered with NTC333; “player”, “you” and “your” mean the eligible individual using the service; “platform”, “service”, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to NTC333 and its gaming, betting, payment and support functions. “Bonus funds” means promotional credit subject to separate campaign rules, while “cash balance” means cleared funds available under the withdrawal provisions.

“Wagering requirement” or “rollover” means the total qualifying bet value that must be completed before specified bonus-derived winnings become withdrawable. “MYR” and “RM” mean Malaysian Ringgit. “KYC” means identity and account verification checks used for age confirmation, payment security, fraud prevention and regulatory risk management.

Account Eligibility

You may use NTC333 only if you are aged 21 or above, have legal capacity to enter into this agreement, and are permitted to participate in the relevant activity under the laws applicable to you. It is your responsibility to understand and comply with local requirements. NTC333 does not provide legal advice and does not represent that every product is lawful in every location.

You must not register or play while acting for another person, while subject to self-exclusion, or if participation would breach an employment, sporting or contractual duty. Employees, contractors and persons directly involved in operating or supplying a game may be restricted from relevant markets where participation could create an unfair advantage or conflict of interest.

Registration, Verification and Account Security

Registration details must be complete, current and accurate. Your legal name, date of birth, contact information and residential details must match supporting records where verification is requested. Only one NTC333 account is permitted per player unless written approval is provided. Duplicate, fabricated or shared accounts may be restricted, consolidated or closed.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password and authentication credentials. You must notify NTC333 support promptly if you suspect unauthorised access. Bets placed through a correctly authenticated account may be treated as authorised unless there is evidence of a system fault or account compromise reported without unreasonable delay.

NTC333 may perform KYC, source-of-funds, payment ownership and enhanced security checks. Pending transactions may be held while reasonable verification is completed. Failure to provide readable and genuine documentation may lead to account restrictions.

Deposits, Balances and Withdrawals

Supported MYR payment options may include Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX and transfers involving Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank or Hong Leong. Availability, minimum amounts, limits and processing times may vary. NTC333 may add, restrict or discontinue a method for operational, security or risk-management reasons.

Payment instruments must belong to the verified account holder. Third-party deposits, chargeback abuse and unexplained payment patterns are prohibited. A deposit is not a bank deposit, does not earn interest and must not be used to store funds unrelated to genuine gaming activity. NTC333 may request that deposited funds receive reasonable play before withdrawal where necessary to prevent payment misuse.

Withdrawals are normally returned through an approved method in the account holder's name. Verification, pending wager settlement, bonus conditions and fraud checks must be completed before release. Quoted processing times are estimates and do not include delays caused by banks, eWallet providers, maintenance, incomplete information or additional security reviews.

Casino Games and Sports Betting

A wager becomes valid when accepted and recorded by the NTC333 system. Players must review stake, odds, selection and potential return before confirming. Once accepted, a wager generally cannot be changed or cancelled merely because the player made an error. NTC333 records will be used when resolving discrepancies, subject to evidence of a manifest technical fault.

Sports markets covering Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, UFC, live football and other events are settled using the applicable market rules and recognised event results. Where an event is abandoned, postponed, interrupted or materially altered, the relevant market rules determine whether bets remain valid, are settled on completed action or are voided.

Casino outcomes are determined by the relevant game system or live table procedure. Interrupted rounds may resume, be reconstructed from server records or be voided where a conclusive outcome cannot be established. Obvious pricing, payout or display errors do not create a right to an unintended return.

Bonuses, Promotions and Loyalty Rewards

Promotional credit is governed by the conditions displayed for the relevant offer. These may include minimum deposits, eligible payment methods, wagering requirements, game contribution percentages, maximum bets, expiry periods and maximum cash-out limits. For example, a 10x requirement on a RM100 bonus requires RM1,000 in qualifying wagers before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.

Unless an offer states otherwise, only one promotion may be claimed per player, household, shared device, payment instrument or network. NTC333 may withhold a promotion where linked accounts, coordinated betting, low-risk hedging, irregular play or deliberate circumvention is reasonably identified. Genuine cash funds will be treated separately where the applicable rules permit.

Loyalty points, cashback, migration rewards and tier benefits have no independent cash value until converted in accordance with their programme rules. NTC333 may correct points credited in error and may amend future reward rates with reasonable notice.

Fair Use and Prohibited Conduct

You must use NTC333 honestly and solely for personal entertainment. Prohibited conduct includes collusion, multi-accounting, identity fraud, payment fraud, chargeback abuse, exploitation of obvious errors, automated betting without permission, interference with platform security, manipulation of promotions and use of information obtained through unlawful access.

Players must not threaten support staff, submit false documents, conceal payment ownership or coordinate opposing bets to manufacture bonus turnover. NTC333 may investigate suspicious activity and temporarily restrict the relevant account or transaction while the review is in progress.

If a material breach is established, NTC333 may void affected bets, remove improperly obtained bonuses or winnings, return legitimate remaining funds where appropriate, close the account and preserve relevant records. Any action will be proportionate to the evidence and the nature of the breach.

Responsible Gambling

Gambling should remain a form of entertainment and must never be treated as guaranteed income. NTC333 provides deposit controls, session reminders, cooling-off options and self-exclusion tools. A player who activates self-exclusion must not attempt to create another account or use another person's profile during the selected period.

You should set a budget in MYR before playing, avoid chasing losses and never gamble with money required for rent, food, education, debt repayments or family expenses. NTC333 may apply additional restrictions or recommend a break where account activity indicates potential harm.

Account Suspension and Closure

You may request account closure through NTC333 support. Before closure, outstanding wagers may be settled and valid cleared funds may be withdrawn after verification. Account closure does not automatically remove records that must be retained for security, transaction review, dispute handling or lawful operational purposes.

NTC333 may suspend or close an account for breach of these terms, failed verification, suspected fraud, security risk, abusive conduct, prolonged inactivity, legal restrictions or responsible gambling concerns. Where practical and appropriate, the player will be informed of the reason and the status of any legitimate remaining balance.

Service Availability and Limitation of Liability

NTC333 aims to provide a stable service but does not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Access may be affected by maintenance, telecommunications failure, device compatibility, payment-provider outages, cyber incidents, live-feed interruptions or events beyond reasonable control. Players should not assume a bet has been accepted until confirmation appears in the account record.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, NTC333 is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential loss arising from service interruption, player device failure, inaccurate credentials, unauthorised access caused by a player's failure to protect login details, or reliance on content not expressly guaranteed. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Privacy and Service Communications

Personal information is processed for account administration, identity verification, payments, fraud prevention, responsible gambling, customer support and platform security. The NTC333 Privacy Policy explains the categories of information collected, purposes of processing, retention practices and available user rights.

Operational communications concerning verification, transactions, account security or material changes may be sent using the details registered to your account. Marketing preferences may be managed separately, but essential account notices cannot always be disabled while the account remains active.

Changes, Complaints and Contact

NTC333 may revise these Terms & Conditions to reflect product changes, safer-gambling standards, payment requirements, security risks or operational needs. Material updates will apply from the stated effective date. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance; if you disagree, you should stop using the service and request account closure.

A complaint should include the registered account details, relevant dates, transaction or wager references, the amount in dispute and a clear description of the requested resolution. Support may ask for screenshots or verification documents where reasonably necessary. We aim to review complaints fairly using account, payment and system records.
