Bonus Terms Explained — Plain English
Understanding wagering requirements, rollover, and other bonus jargon before you claim
This is the number of times you need to bet the bonus amount before you can withdraw winnings derived from it. A 10x rollover on a RM100 bonus means you need to place total bets worth RM1,000 before cashing out. X15 and X20 requirements are common on larger bonuses — always check the multiplier before claiming. Lower rollover = better value for the player.
While bonus funds are active in your account, most platforms cap each single bet at RM250–RM500. Placing bets above this cap — even if you win — may result in winnings being voided. Example: if your max bet limit is RM250 and you place RM800 on a single hand of blackjack, that hand's winnings will not count toward your balance.
Not all games contribute equally to clearing your rollover. Slots typically contribute 100% — every RM1 wagered counts as RM1 toward the requirement. Table games (baccarat, blackjack, roulette) often contribute only 10–20%. Live dealer games may contribute 0–20%. Always check the game contribution list so you're not grinding rollover on a game that barely counts.
Bonuses are not indefinite. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of claim. If you haven't met the rollover requirement within the expiry period, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be removed from your account. For example, a RM100 free spin bonus with a 5x max cash-out cap means you can withdraw no more than RM500 in winnings from it, regardless of how much you actually won. This is most common on free spin and no-deposit bonus offers.
